How to make a booking

Below is a step-by-step guide to assist with making a booking online. Please review our Booking Conditions before making your reservation. If you require assistance, do not hesitate to contact the Cricket Australia Travel Office team.

How to book a package

1. From the Home Series page, select your preference - Vodafone Test Series, Commonwealth Bank Series, KFC T20 INTL or Melbourne's Big Cricket Weekend.
2. Review the Match Schedule and select book online.
3. From the search packages page, enter your preferences and click on the search packages button.
4. From the search results page select your preferred package and ticket type then click on the book now button.
5. To add another package to your shopping cart, repeat steps 1 - 4.

How to check out your shopping cart

1. Select Shopping Cart from the main menu to check your selected items.
2. When you are satisfied that your booking is complete, click on the check out button. You have a total of 10 minutes to check out your selected items.
3. Enter your details and click on the proceed to payment button.
4. Select your preferred method of payment and click on the review booking button.
5. Once you have read the booking conditions, check the box to indicate your acceptance of the conditions and click on the complete check out button.

When your booking has been completed a message will be displayed on the screen, quoting your booking reference number. An email will be sent directly to you confirming your booking details along with booking conditions. If you do not receive the email confirmation within 24 hours, please contact the Cricket Australia Travel Office team.
